Afghani Soya Chaap Masala


Description for Use:-

Firstly,open Desi Treat Soya Chaap (500gm) can than put inside.

Step1: Prepare marination:Thick cream 200gm,hung curd 100chaap-10-12 ginger paste-2-3tablespoon, Add 2 tablespoon Afgjani Soya Chaap masala.

Step2: Marinate the chaap: just put this marination to chapp and after putting it in the bowl just sprinkle  refind oil and top of it and leave it atleast for 2-3 hrs,will not harm if you leave it overnight rather will make soft and delicious.

Step3: Go Tandoori Way: just peirce skewers and put inside preheated oven(should have been preheated at 180degree for atleast 15-20minutes) and heat the chaaps for atleast 15-20minutes(this 15-20minutes vary , depending on your model of oven)


Step4: Slurp it with gravy way :in heating work just put  1 tbs  ginger garlic paste and fry it  then put 3-4 no;s of half cut sliced onions and fry till it beconme golden brown then put 1.5tbs of Afghani Soya Chaap Masala and add crem 200gm along with crud 100gm and cook it for low flame now this gravy is ready and you should add tandoori chaap in it

.
sprinkle some coriander leaves and lime juice it you like and serve it hot .
